Heart rate a lot lower than pacemaker setting

My pacemaker ( St Jude duel chamber) was installed 8/27/2020. I constantly check my HR with either Apple Watch, Fitbit (sleeping) and Omron machine.  My pacemaker is set at 70 bpm however the other devices (even at my doctor's office) show my HR at 39 to 44 much of the time while at rest.  The doc says i have an extra heartbeat that causes this. MRI, oh my.

So, I have a torn up Achilles' tendon in my heel and an appointment with an orthopedic doc on Friday. I saw my primary care doc on Monday and she wanted me to get an MRI of the ankle/heel before the Friday appointment.

Boston Scientific doctor near Rochester NY?

Does anyone know of an electrophysiologist near Rochester NY who does Boston Scientific pacemakers?

My current pacemaker is near the end of its lifetime, and I would like to replace it with a dual sensor pacemaker from Boston Scientific. I need adaptive pacing for my chronotropic incompetence. My current pacemaker (from Medtronic) is not helpful for biking.

What pacemaker, is it still there?

I wonder if my comment here might be a hopeful thing for some in their early pm days.  
   I reckon it took around two years for my heart to become happy with my twin lead St Jude pm for complete heart block. 
    And now, two and a half years on, I'm not even aware I have a pacemaker, or even a heart. I'm almost a normal old man, whatever that is!

Probiotics?

Two weeks ago I had a small spot appear on my pacemaker scar, and some soreness/possible swelling under my arm that might have been related but might also have been coincidental. The pacemaker has also been feeling just generally a bit sore, as if something is rubbing or has moved. Follow up: not working out post-covid

Had a PFT and stress test, breezed through both for the most part so I'm allowed to work out again. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have a mild case of asthma now, don't know if it's from the infection or the timing is coincidence but I don't guess it matters much, we know what it is so can treat it and I can get back to being active again. Made some tweaks to my pacer also, something about atrial sensing and p waves that mostly went over my head, but hopefully that will help goi...

Heart beat and sleep

Hi had a box change 1st June unfortunately my top A lead wasn't working but surgeon decided I didn't really need it, so just turned it off. 

I feel OK but I just can't sleep the PM was changed to 50Bp it had been at 60Bp for the last 23years.they say to make my heart work harder? New Here - Need Your Advice, Please

Hi Alex here 28 Y/O Female 

I just got done with a month in a half hospital stay. I went into the hospital with Tachycardia 3 days into stay I went into long QT Torsades De Pointes Ventricular Tachycardia. I was then moved to the ICU for stabilization. When in the hospital i contracted COVID and therefore had to wait for a negative COVID test before a pacemaker. I am new to this site. I have had 3 major heart surgeries since 1994.The last time was 12/18 when I han my mtal aortic vaive replaced with procine , also my tricuspid and mitral valves. difficult recovery. have had a pacemaker since 1994 .and of course battery changes along the way.
