Had a PFT and stress test, breezed through both for the most part so I'm allowed to work out again. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have a mild case of asthma now, don't know if it's from the infection or the timing is coincidence but I don't guess it matters much, we know what it is so can treat it and I can get back to being active again. Made some tweaks to my pacer also, something about atrial sensing and p waves that mostly went over my head, but hopefully that will help going forward also.
Serious happy dance going on here, sooooooo thrilled to know it's safe to work out again. My husband was like, so asthma, that's not good? I said, it can be treated and I can work out so it's GREAT NEWS!! (you'd think he'd know me better by now lol)

Well I wish I could get excited about exercise because I certainly need to get active. This lockdown is making me put on a little weight and I hate it.
What treatment will you need for the asthma Tracey and I hope it won't cause any heart rhythm disturbances or affect your ability to exercise?
So what is the exercise programme for tomorrow and when do you expect to be back to your full potential ? I have been working out in the garden, would that count as exercise I wonder? Probably not? Anyway great news and your excitement is clear to see
tomorrow

I will stick to a walk tomorrow, maybe throw in some running intervals. It will take a few days for my EP to update my GP and for him to tell me what's next. Either the GP will be willing to treat it or he'll send me to a pulmonologist. I'll hold back until then. Probably.
Gardening is exercise!
You know you're wired when...
You play MP3 files on your pacer.

It is just over 10 years since a dual lead device was implanted for complete heart block. It has worked perfectly and I have traveled well near two million miles internationally since then.
Great news - pleased for you

Thanks for the update.
Best wishes.
