I had a PM for one year 2010 then upgraded to a CRT-D in2011. My Cardiologist said no problems and I have be a couple of time a day since without any problems. My plumbing is good and my heart strong (for a 76 year old sailor) since getting the CRT. My EF went from the low 30 to the mid 60 (which is normal for most people). Of course, you should check with your doctor but in my case and other I have read on this site - No problems.

You know you're wired when...
You read consumer reports before upgrading to a new model.

Tried it once and it threw my heart into fits and I felt real bad for about an hour after. After that, I never tried it again.
