Laughter :D

I agree with the Magster and others, that we could use much more laughter in our lives. It is good, it is healthy, it is fun! I personally try to laugh everyday. Most times I succeed! :D

Many of you know me and also know that there has been times in my life that I have not felt much like laughing. I try, but during those times I seek support from this site to help pull me through those tough times. I believe that is so very important, not just to me, but to everyone here. Most of us seek the reassurance that we are going to be ok. We really want to be happy.

There are times when I get so caught up the pain and trials of living with this faulty heart of mine that I forget to laugh.

I have dear friends that have heart conditions which are much more severe than mine and yet they tell me funny stories and join me in a chuckle or two most days.

Laughter helps me cope with so many things. I still have the same problems as before, but somehow they seem easier to manage. So when I stop laughing I will probably be "gone" I pray it isn't sooner than later. he he! :D

p.s. I nurture my inner child everyday by allowing myself to giggle out loud as needed!

I wasn't really self-conscious about it. I didn't even know I had one until around six or seven years old. I just thought I had a rock in my side.
