My annaul check in!

Hi everyone, I rarely get in here nowadays, I sort of forget I have a pm until I get my letter to go for my annual checkup, which is next month. Well, what a year it has been, I cannot believe it is 7 years since this quivering wreck of a woman found this site and poured her heart out, terrified of what life had to offer. Well...... when I hit 60 the kids took me on a road trip to US and Canada, it was awesome. I've had a busy year this year, started a flower business, had a grandson, my husband has retired and we go to the gym/swimming about 3 times a week and most weeks are getting short breaks all over the country from Groupon. I've started hiking again, I still find some of the real high peaks difficult, but that's due to my age and having little feet rather than having a pm.
