Thanks for the message Alice. Glad you're being sensible and resting and you'll soon be heaps better being free of the medicines which have probably been contributing to how you've been feeling anyway.

Sorry can't make the chat room at 7 o'clock - that's right on dinner time at our house but will look in later about 9 o'clock, but you'll very likely be tucked up in bed by then, and, I hope, able to have a decent rest. Much love, Sheila
