Med Alert Bracelet

I ordered a Med Alert bracelet, but don't like it as the info tag is almost as wide as the top of my wrist so it is uncomfortable. Wish I could go to store and actually try some on rather than order online. I did find several websites that had some really cute ones, think I will order 2-3 more. I don't wear charm bracelet so not too interested in getting that one.

Try a jewelry store

I got my bracelet at a jewelry store. Nothing fancy...just stainless steel with Speidel expansion band. It is very comfortable to wear and easy to put on and take off. The store did the engraving and took some links out to fit my small wrist. Info tag has only room for 2 lines, however, so I had a third (and least important) line put on the back of the tag. Tag is 1and 1/4" long by 3/8" wide. The store had lots to choose from including chain bracelets, neck chains, as well as the expansion band type that I preferred.

I'm not a fan of charm bracelets, but that's what I ordered because it's smaller and more inconspicuous. I also got a sports band from american medical for the gym.

Did you get the women's bracelet from Med Alert? The mens bracelet is very big & hopefully that is not what you ended up with. I imagine if you did you could exchange it. They have some specials on per my current newsletter that are quite attractive. A gold colored & silver metal one doesn't look too bad & price is pretty good. Bet you could see them on their website.

Hope this helps,

Janet

I got mine from americanmedical-id.com and it is great, i got a bracelet and necklace I know that maybe over kill but paid less for the two than most offered one for, they are small and have all kinds of info on them. surgical steel is what mine are made of they offer others like gold, silver but for the money i wanted something that wouldnt turn green, this fit the bill. they offer all kinds of them and for the money they are fantastic.

I ordered one in sterling silver from American Medical ID that is alot smaller that the stainless steel one I got. It is pretty too.
I use it as my "good" bracelet but maybe if something like that is quite a bit smaller it would fit your wrist.
