High Blood Pressure

Hi everyone! I have a quick question. Since receiving your pm has anyone experienced high blood pressure? My BP was always low 94/64 ish, since pm its running 160/89 up to 183/98. I started exercising about 1 1/2 months ago, walking 1-2 miles and doing various workouts on the gym machines. I don't take any prescription meds. However i do take calcium w/d, B complex and estroven. Any insight would be appreciated. I have a drs appt Oct 7 with the pm tech so i'm keeping a log to show him. Thanks in advance for your input.

High Blood Pressure help

Hi Debbie,
I'm concerned about your high blood pressure and I'm sure you are too. Your doctor should be checking into problems with your leads, this shouldn't be happening. Until then I recommend taking a Potassium/Magnesium supplement available at any health food store. (I own a GNC store.) I take one Potassium/Magnesium in the morning and one at night, it helps to maintain normal blood pressure and is often recommended for hypertension. I wish you well and hope this helps you.
