2 questions!

Hello!!!! Hope you are all well? Not been on for a while!

Ok, 2 questions coming up.... I have been incredibly tired recently..... it was half term lfor my children ast week and I enjoyed several long lie-ins, very rare in our house-hold. Anyway, a few days I really had to force myself to get up! It was like having jet-lag! Then I feel very groggy for a couple of hours. But if I know I have somewhere to go I can get up and get going! Anyone else struggle like this!

2nd question..... probably aimed at Tracey E !!!! Will I be ok in the queues at Disney this year? I would hate for the holiday to be spoilt if I am feeling slightly under the weather? I know I am most certainly not my usual self!! Any advice ?? I know they have other tickets you can buy and then go back at a certain time.... but will this wear me out running all over the place??!!

Love & Hugs, Loopy Lou xxxx

take your time and have fun. stop and rest and then go again. slow pace is what i have learned out of all this. guess that is going to be a problem all the time. but my cardioligist told me that is part of heart condition. learn to accept it and pace your self hahaha that was funny pace your self im a comedian and didnt even know it. lol not hardly. have fun enjoy life to its fullest even if it is at a slow pace, so what.

I have taken my Daughter to Disney a few times.... well that is my excuse!!! dying to see Mickey and Minnie again,,, but don't think the old ticker will oblige anymore.
If I do ever get to go again,I think the things that I would bear in mind ....Drink plenty of Fluids it can get hot there..so if you have to queue keep in the shade and try to keep on the move a tiny bit should'nt think that wil be too hard with the children in tow!!
and have a rest here and there .and don't eat big meals little and often...and one more thing let the kids do the screaming!!!! it takes a lot of enrgy haha.
Hope this helps Say hi To Micky and Minnie for me .Oh and Pocahauntis ..Peter N

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear you're so tired!! Are you on any medications? How are you sleeping at night?

You'll be fine in the lines! It's in the 70's today, that's typical for this time of year, very comfortable. Most of the lines are in the shade so it's not bad even in the summer. There are a lot of places to sit down and catch your breath. If you find you are still having problems, they rent wheelchairs.

Drink lots of water even if it doesn't feel hot.

The other tickets are called FastPass. You don't buy them, they are free! The parks can be a LOT of walking but you can plan it so you are not running all over. The Disney website will tell you which rides have Fastpass. Look at the map before you go and choose which ones you want to do then get the passes as soon as you get there. I think you are limited to two at a time. Do the other rides in that area while you wait for your Fastpass time.

All of the parks are divided into sections, each with a different theme. Do one section at a time. I make my kids choose in advance what they want to ride on so we don't get there are argue over what to do next.

Animal Kingdom is the main park to be careful of. It's by far the largest park because it's also an animal preserve and zoo, and it has a lot of hills. Cool stuff, but not my favorite park!

You know you're wired when...

You have an excuse for gaining an extra ounce or two.
