Just got back from my first ski trip since starting Crossfit. Night and day!!! Had so much fun, it's amazing how much more stamina I had than last time. I barely noticed the altitude, skied first day rather than taking it easy and waiting until the second day to get out. My oldest daughter is a speed demon, I am not. She usually takes off then waits for me at the lift line. The look on her face when she turned around to find me right behind her was priceless. She got back at me by picking a harder trail next time and once again left me in the dust. I still can't keep up with her, but we had fun.

Only way to find out for sure is to go for it! If you didn't notice your wife flirting, you are already an expert at taking your life into your own hands so that's a good start. Is your will up to date? :)
Strange that you should mention my will

as my wife keeps checking it !
Also, she normally makes lovely coffee but it has tasted quite different recently , and there are my headaches ??
Do you think my PM needs adjusting ??

Isn't it great when the PM helps you feel better! Glad everything went so good. Keep up the good work.

Tracey,
Skiing is a wonderful family vacation. You should be a testimonial for CrossFit! I was at my workplace gym today and someone said my exercises were like CrossFit. I told him that CrossFit was too extreme for an old guy like me. Slow and steady is my style on and off the slopes.
I'm glad you had a great vacation!

I love this new part of me, and very, very thankful that this technology exists and I know that it's all only going to get better over time.
Welcome back Tracey !

I'm glad that you are still in one piece !
Your post has genuinely inspired me to go skiing again as just yesterday I was tidying up and came across my skis which I lovingly caressed for several minutes ( much to my wife's annoyance as she was trying to look seductive at the time !)
I have a very annoying 14 year old grandson who is a fearless skier : will I be able to keep up with him ?? There is only one way to find out !!
Thanks for your upbeat post.
Ian
