Leadless Pacemaker

The latest on leadless pacemakers. Exciting!! It doesn’t work for anyone with existing leads or is dependent at this time, but this is a huge first step.

So it's you that's causing those record levels of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere !

By the way I was discussing my hydraulically powered PM
with the scientist who invented it. Apparently it doesn't work too well for ladies but further research is being carried out

Cheers

................is stuck with a very old Coal Powered PM ...very reliable but, believe me, having a stove pipe sticking out of my shirt collar is one thing....

But it really is a drag walking round with a wheelbarrow full of Nutty Slack...I need both hands so Mrs TM has to follow me round with the shovel.

Tattoo Man...Chuff..Chuff.

IAN MC....you always have to have the latest gadget !

Ok.....so

I am not a candidate for the leadless or Ians. So it's either Patch's or Tat Man's.

Decisions, decisions :0

It's a tiny little thing they put in the heart via catheter. For now it doesn't work with existing traditional leads and they aren't testing it on anyone dependent but it's a fabulous first step.

We're one step ahead of you !

Patch. Here in the UK , I have a PM which is powered hydraulically. It is very simple.

Every time I urinate , the flow turns a paddled water wheel which is sutured inside my left trouser leg , This in turn generates just enough electricity to power my PM .

No more battery changes for me !!!

................I have been looking at the blueprints for your groundbreaking Wee Powered Pacemaker..( WPP )..and have seen some fundamental design problems and operational limitations.

Given the lack of 'drainage' provision, I conclude that the IAN MC WPP system works on a 'Total Loss' system. Now regardless of your proud boast of the new Gender Specific model the 'drainage' matter is, as yet, not resolved.

Now, for the gentleman I understand that very absorbent trousers ( dark colours essential ) would work to a degree..

However,..for the fairer sex, the wearing of Wellington Boots is a poor solution and for safety reasons, not approved by the majority of airlines.

My research shows that your 'Scientists' have considered full body wetsuits.....in my view even this solution falls wide of the mark in fashion terms..the sketches in the margins by Vivienne Westwood showing the benefiets of a Fluo-Pink Tu-Tu and matching headscarf will do little to combat the pong of Neoprene.

Where is that shovel ?

At age 20, I will be getting a pacemaker in few weeks along with an SA node ablation. This opportunity may change a five year prognosis into a normal life span! I look forward to being a little old lady with a wicked cane!
