I've had some funky beats the last few days so I called this morning. Was put on hold for about 3 min, got to my dr's nurse (as opposed to the one who takes general calls for the practice). She sent a text to the NP who sees me with my dr (they work as a team). She called me back, said my rep was across the street at the hospital seeing someone else and would wait for me, could I come right in. The rep was waiting when I got there, the NP popped in while he was doing his thing. One hour and 45 min after the first phone call, I was headed home again.
And I learned something new today! When I got my first pm in 1994 they gave me a magnet but I've never used it. Today they were able to switch me to some sort of diagnostic mode. Next time I have an episode, I can swipe the magnet over the pm and it will record. It will hold 4 episodes, so I don't have to call immediately, just before the 5th. How cool is that?!

Glad yr ok. You were really there for me when I first had my pm. I wish you only the best.
You know you're wired when...
You have an excuse for gaining an extra ounce or two.

Well, I am doing ok with the twoteen syndrome, it's the drivingteen disease that's the hardest on the heart.
It looks like junctional rhythm, not much they can do for it so probably just going to suck it up :) We'll see what records the next time it happens but for now not doing anything.
