For what it is worth this is a .pdf document with your rights as a patient in California. Many states have similar laws. I don't know what the Affordable Care Act changed or added to these.

Patch, I hate to tell you this, but you are reciting the bill of rights pertaining to Latino women who wear big hats covered in fruit. They are also musicians of some sort. I recall hearing one of them perform back in my childhood in a Walt Disney film.

Based on their appearance w/ thosee hats, they needed an attorney...
