Hey folks!! How y'all doing? Hope everyone is ok.
I have a quick question. I have just been out to buy a few things for my holiday and saw this lovely necklace. Just saw it and bought it. Got it home and found it connects round the front of my neck by a magnet. The necklace sits high up at the base of my throat. Is this going to be ok to wear? I just put it on to see If it did anything and I don't think it did but was constantly thinking about it. Am I being a bit silly? It's a magnet the size of a pea (diameter) I really love the necklace and will be a little bit gutted if I cant wear it, but not the end of the world cuz pacey comes 1st!
Thanks all,
Love Louise xx

try it and see

Odds are it's too small to have any effect. The only way to find out for sure is put it on and see if you feel different. Worst case,it puts the pm in test mode for a few seconds, you won't hurt anything.
Check it out

You might try Don's test on yourself and if nothing happens, you're good to go. If it does bother, again, try Don's remedy and get the clasp replaced. Shouldn't be too big a deal.
rash

My mom can no longer wear certain jewelry, not because it affects her pacemaker but because she gets a rash on her skin (which did not happen before she had the pacemaker). I would also say, try it and see what happens.

I'm 44, active and have had my device for two years. I love it as I can run again and enjoy working out without feeling like I'm an old man.
Thanks for the reminder

I've been meaning to do this since trhe last time the question was asked.
I found my wife's necklace w/ the magnetic clutch on it & ran it up & down my chest & around my neck. NO EFFECT.
Then I found a little plastic tube w/ three of them in it & did the same thing. Again, no effect.
I think I can safely say you SHOULD be OK.
Worrying about it can be just as bad as having something happen, so if you cannot accept my test & your apparent lack of effect, get rid of the clasp by going to a jewelry store & having it replaced.
