Back from Camping again

Great 3 days in the desert alone. Beautiful weather. Very relaxing to get away from home for a while. No phone, TV, or internet. Just me. Got in a good hour hike each day over some low hills. I have a photo or 2 I'll post in the gallery as soon as edit it down to size.

I keep being reminded of how my pacemaker has really settled down this last year. Absolutely no noticeable PVC's, and I never slowed down on the hill climbs. I know I had my HR up around 135 or so which is pushing it for an 82 yr old. Even at that rate I really never felt short of breath.

Thanks for all the messages.\,

frank

Glad you're enjoying the great outdoorsl. No problems if you get a real "shaker" as long as it's not under you while at rest. Enjoy !! We've had storms from the Sandy hurricane also here in MI. Think about you alot as grandson pilot commutes cross country from 2 blocks of our place & cross-country to San Francisco weekly & this past week twice just for an over nighter to keep wifey happy. MODERN TIMES. 135 or "SO" SOUNDS GOOD TO ME.
Sure gives us all a boost, even this almost 81'er.

The engineer in me causes a rounding of my age. I will turn 83 in June so along mid December I'll start calling myself 83.

You know you're wired when...

You can feel your fingers and toes again.
