Circuit of CRT-D

I posted a picture of a simplified CRT-D circuit that I want to put on a t-shirt. I had found a circuit of a basic pacemaker and an ICD on the internet and combined them. Anyone know enough about a electrical circuits of a CRT-D to make sure I have the circuit correct. I have the picture listed as CRT-D under my member name. Thank you.

No commercial sales desire. Just would like to make sure the circuits are correct. There is a pacer rep on this site and maybe others with a good background in medical equipment that could review. I was planning on putting the image on the front of the shirt and "Rate responsive bi-ventricular pacing is my mode" on the back. I just think it is cool. Unique. I have not seen anything like it before on the internet. My background is mechanical and civil engineering, not electrical engineering.
