Hello to all my wonderful wired friends! Just wanted to say Happy Heart Month!

Go ahead. Look at how far you've come in life. Take a minute to reflect on how this journey has shaped you. We have been through more than most, and I think it's time to share that story with the world! You really do not know how many people you will touch and inspire with your story. If you're comfortable, put it out there for the world to see! Use Facebook, a blog, Twitter, PM Club, the newspaper, or whatever. Whether you are a congenital heart defect survivor (shout out!) or an acquired heart disease survivor, you can help raise awareness that heart disease/ defects are THE number one killer (at least in the US). But guess what? You have fought against that giant, and you are still here to tell the tale. So why wouldn't you tell that story? That's a simply awesome thing. You can share your heart story through the American Heart Association, the Adult Congenital Heart Association, the Mended Hearts/ Mended Little Hearts, and a number of other organizations. Need help?
