Ok, these are real questions asked by friends of mine:
When telling a friend I had a PM, she asked if I could live forever... should have said yes...
When telling a camp counselor I had a PM, she asked if I got one before I got old.
When thinking out lound in the girl's locker room after gym, (Oh man, I have a PM test over the phone!) a girl asked if they were going to take it out and put it back in.
There shall be more in the near future...

First let me say..... Marisa you are precious!
The dumbest question I have ever had asked so far was by a nurse, that's right a nurse! She asked me how it felt to be totally dependent on a battery to keep my heart beating? and she didn't stop there... she asked me what would happen if the battery went dead suddenly? She does not work for he Dr. anymore.... I had words with the him.
hee hee Who's laughing now? hee hee

ever had someone ask...?

Ever have someone ask if they could see your pacer, then when you say no, they ask why not and you say cause its inside you they ask why?
Or one girl asked me if my scar would ever disappear and i said does it matter (her eyes dialated and stared at my scar) and she said its so disgusting though. Then i said, i've rather be born with my heart problem than without it, then the girl said back umm wow and walked away. Probably thinking its not my heart with the problem its my brain.
Or PE teacher tell u 2 bring a doc. note to prove u have pm? I have. I showed him my medical bracelet...good thing i didnt have to resort to my scar!
Or get threatened by a magnet because people are ignorant and think small fridge magnets are going to kill u? (Ha, a tiny itty bitty magnet) (Oh, i told my parents and they were mad that some kid threatened me, my Dad said i should punched him.)
So i can relate. I think our peers r just ignorant.
Oh, and the one time when i told someone i had a pm and they thought it was a treadmill....yeah. It was really...WOW.
