just joined today this site. i am a 75 year old lady who needs leads and pacer replaced.. Looking for a good surgeon. will ask my cardio doc for a suggestion but want to be sure to get one who uses laser to get out the old leads.

what is the womenheart ??? never heard of it. thanks

I know I'm YEARS late on my response but I never was notified of the comment. I'm trying to get involved with the site more. Womenheart is an organization who's mission is to educate and support women with heart disease. Did you end up needing the pacemaker? If so how has life been now that you have it?
