P\O pacemaker left side 3days

My Dr said I had bleeding during the procedure. But otherwise all went well. My left breast is solid black underneath also on top and some around wound . I had a 1 day post op with PCP and she gave me antibiotic to prevent skin infection.i don't have pain but a lot of soreness. I also have the swelling.wanting to know if anyone else had bleeding ? I was not on blood thinners preop but vitamin D prior.. I did go in as emergency .

I did not have bleeding with my pacemaker insertion. I am sorry to hear that you did. I'm sure your skin will turn various shades of color until it finally clears up. 

I like that you were already seen by your pcp for a wound check. 

The important thing is that although it was an emergency, you were able to get appropriate life saving treatment which will continue to save your life. May your healing move along smoothly and swiftly.
