Had to share the news

I went to my Ortho today for check-up on my 11 yr old Total Knee Replacements (Dr likes to x-ray every 2 years for wear). And he said they were perfect & to continue what I was doing which is pool exercises 5 days/wk. I know that several on this site have a PM & one or more joint replacements. Other good news is that Dr says that their practice is seeing replacements lasting up to 30 yrs. That was a nice surprise. As I don't want tp do any more surgery except change-out of my PM.

when you say your knee was repaired what did they do? I am sorry that you bumped it. I know it really hurts even when my cats walk across my knees.Even with the successful replacements, it hurts. But I must say that the knees don't hurt now unless bumped. So I can sympathize.
