Hi Everyone. Have an update: Met with an extraction specialist who actually listened. The associate was horrified by my story and I did not share everything. The new Dr saw right away what was happening, especially with the electricity. I'm still pacing at less than .01% long term. What happened to me was a nightmare.
Here's the new plan of action:
1. 7 day bardy test
2. Turned off upper lead (already feel better)
3. Turned down lower lead to 30. (Again, feel better)
4. Shut off the app. (Was getting way too much electricity.)
5. Depending on the test results, extraction in Sept. (I chose the date to give my heart and body more healing time).
He felt this was caused by a viral load and wondered why no one did a few standard tests, and with all the pain, that I was never sent to physical therapy. He also understood the metal issue and that I was an athlete. This, the different settings. He was shocked I was in the hospital for 8 days. Thankfully, My device and wires are much easier to extract. My heart is much happier since Friday's adjustment and so am I. More energy too.
At least if I have to keep the pacer, we will find a more comfortable solution. 2 more extraction Drs to interview. But right now, with this guy's experience and knowledge, I like him a lot (4k extractions). Plus he was honest about issues and answered my 2 pages of questions.
Many thanks for all your wonderful encouragement and assistance.
Blessings. Am still smiling.
Hope you're all doing well.

Lack of Communication

It is interesting that the lack of doctors listening is a nationwide issue. Even more interesting is the MD I have has no clue about my 3rd degree heart block and always refers me to my cardiologist for questions. The cardiologist tells me to talk to my regular MD. Seems doctors don't communicate with each other and don't read our medical charts.
I have been studying my heart issue since my event 2.5 years ago and seems I have more knowledge than my regular MD on my heart condition now. I have learned I am the first line of defense with my heart condition and to be the squeaky wheel that gets the oil.
