the question in the survey asked about using a monitor or an app for results. What app and where to find?

It may be the first time we've felt a normal heart rhythm in a long time, so of course it seems too fast and too strong.
Pacemaker App

Kevin, the Poll that we have running seeks to establish how many members of the Pacermaker Club have home monitors, how frequently they are automatically monitored and/or whether they have or use a downloaded App to use with their smartphones to transmit data to their pacing clinics.
I see you have a Medtronic Evera XT DR, implanted in 2013. I am not sure whether your make and model will be supported by the Medtronic App alone. Mine certainly isn't and I need to use a Patient Reader + App with my smart phone to transmit data. I suggest you ring your clinic to ask whether your model of pacemaker is supported or whether like me, you will need a MyCareLink Smart Patient Reader, your smart phone + Medtronic MyCareLink Smart App to transmit data? I see you have a defibrillator, so you are obviously monitored frequently.
I downloaded the Medtronic MyCareLink Smart App from the Apple Store if you have an iPhone?
