Hello Ms.Cryer !

Well welcome back.  Would be lovely if you could share what issues you have had with your pacemaker since you last posted?    Always interesting to hear from experienced Pacemaker members.

I have only had my little friend for a couple of years and I still haven’t thought of a name to call it.  It is generally well behaved which is more than I can say for my own πŸ’” which really cannot be tamed.

I am sorry to hear about your divorce.  That must have been very difficult to go through.  I hope you can still be friends, if not now, at least one day.  For now I am glad you are free and able to live your life as you wish.  I hope for the very best for you xx

Hi πŸ™‹πŸ½‍♀️ Gemita... thank you 😊 for the kinds words. The issues I had with my pacemaker since I last posted years ago were one of my leads came out by my lifting more than I was suppose to ge lifting, everything working great now.. no more issues. Ice I had my lil friend since 2015 no name for it yet πŸ™ŒπŸΌ. No we are not friends we've only been divorced 4 months I was wife #4 he just got married again and I'm glad. How have you been and how are you doing. I'll be on here regular now with updates and comments once again thank you 😊 ❀️❀️❀️

Oh you have been through a lead problem already.   That was one of my fears because I stretched the pacemaker side arm before the 6 weeks were up.  Stupid really on my part but it happened so quickly, so naturally before I realized what I had done.  They must have anchored my leads down really well because they stayed in place.

The pacemaker is really trying to help tame my heart at least the bradycardia bit, but the tachycardia can be a problem and turn up when I least expect it.  Fortunately my heart is really strong and I am able still to tolerate the sudden increases in heart rate, increases which would really affect someone with a serious heart condition.  My doctors are trying hard to control my arrhythmias which seem to have a mind of their own.  I may need further treatment in the future (in the form of an ablation) if they get worse but the pacemaker has really helped to reduce my symptoms and that is so important.

On the home front, I am married to an Italian.  We have two sons, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.  Hubby has become a child again himself with his two year old great grandchild Francesca Giulietta.  She is beautiful but an absolute 🀚 handful !!!

I love this new part of me, and very, very thankful that this technology exists and I know that it's all only going to get better over time.
