heart beat rate

when out walking there i one small incline on route ,ever since rate response was changed heart rate registers way up for one minute on my fit bit ,does anyone else get this

Rate response is supposed to make your rate go up. It should go up and stay up. Don't trust the fitbit, count it manually. How do you feel? If you feel good, trust that the pacer is doing it's job and don't stress over the number.
