Pacemaker recall

I had my pacemaker implanted November of 2017 has there been any recalls on the saint judes pacemaker?

Recalls are rare. Most recently have been fixed with software updates, not device replacement. You can look up recalls here

Look it up on the manufacturers web site but it would be exceedingly rare that it's a pacemaker issue at all. My bet is that something else is causing a sudden blood pressure drop.
