Had a Fall

Had a fall a few weeks ago, seems as though my pacemaker is not working well, been having those black out spells like I had before I got my pacemaker, could it be that I broke a lead or something? Something seems off!

You need to be seen by your doctors and as soon as possible.  Your clinic will best provide assistance on whether there has been any recall of your pacemaker, but your symptoms are worrying and you need medical help now.  Good luck and please take care

You need to see your doctor, possibly go to the ER. It's highly unlikely you damaged a lead but they can tell quickly with an interrogation. Do you  have a home monitor? If yes, send a download then call and tell them so they know to look for it. But that's just one thing to rule out. If you feel off, trust your gut and be seen asap. Blacking out is not normal.
