Nerve pain from Leads?

Hello, I've had my PM about 1-1/2 years or so. My heart valve was damaged due to chest radiation (breast cancer) - and I passed out a couple times - the ticker just wouldn't keep up. That's the background, not that I think it matters much.
They put the PM on my right side (opposite of the heart) and the leads under my collarbone seem to be doing their thing and pinching the heck out of me. Depending on what nerve they hit, the pain can go down my arm or into my upper back, up my neck into my head.
Has anyone else ever had this problem?

I am just now 40 but have had these blackouts all my life. I am thrilled with the pacer and would do it all over again.
