Heart racing ❤

The last couple days, my heart has been racing like crazy. I've spent today simply sitting on the couch drinking chamomile tea. Is is racing so fast that I feel dizzy when I stand up and it upsets my stomach. Has anyone ever experienced this before? It's a weekend and I don't want to look silly calling my doctor if it's nothing.

If your heart is racing, it's not nothing.  Can you measure/count it?  Is it regular or irregular.  Either way, unless you've had this before and know the cause, it's time for the ER. Calling your doctor may be too late.

Never ever feel silly calling or going to the ER. They would rather have 100 false alarms than 1 who didn't call and it turned out to be something serious.

Please call your doc or go to the ER. I've been to the ER NUMEROUS times since all this started for me. One time a nurse said "You're back"? It upset me so I gave her a piece of my mind, but it's better to be safe than sorry. Please call! Best of luck. God bless!
