I have that twitching over my pacemaker again has anyone else experienced this

I see your implant was 1997.

Twitching implies some electricity leak. ? from a lead,? a terminal. In my case I had this due to unipolar circuit. As soon as the EP set up a bipolar lead the twitch stopped- and I was putting up with it thinking it was nervous tension ( sometimes this causes a chest wall twitch).
