Did anyone feel buzzing in their head before passing out?

Tinnitus, and hypotension

Noise in the ears prior to passing out is not an uncommon symptom: it is thought to be associated with lack of blood supply to the inner ear. You can also get vertigo ( a true sense of turning). This is also inner ear related

Other symptoms include tunnel vision ( the optic nerve is oxygen sensitive), and altered coloured vision ( the fovea in the eye is very sensitive to lack of oxygen).

Symptoms described by my Father during his first coronary thrombosis was of being in a turning, tunnel with different shades of purple and lights. He then collapsed to unconciousness.  Many people describe similar experiences prior to their near death experiences.  Perhaps there is a tunnel leading to the pearly gates?
