Yes, it's the electrical "conductivity" of your upper body.  It's a measure of the current drawn by your leads given a known pacing voltage. It's a little more complicated than that but its change over time can tell a lot of things about the (changing) condition of your heart. It's a quick test to make sure all is right and nothing's going wrong.
