Pacemaker with Watchman?

Surely some of you all have ahd a Watchman implanted after a PM implant. Are you off blood thinners? Physical reactions?? Thank you for your replies.

I don't have a watchman, rather have had my Left Atrial Appendage "clipped".  Even so, I'll be on anticoagulants for life because I'm permanently in flutter.  I know of others who have had successful ablations and a watchman implanted. After some time, taking anticoagulants are optional.  One takes a 1/2 dose of Eliquis, just to be safe.  Anticoagulants are a bother but strokes aren't fun either.
