winded

I got my pacemaker in Aug 2018

I have had sudden onset tiredness and very winded. This is abnormal for me. I read that I might possibley need an adjustment to pace maker. 

Could that possibley be why i am suddnely so tired and winded?

See your doctor.  PMs can be adjusted from outside the chest.

But it's unusual that something would suddenly change without warning.  I guess your battery could be dead.  In any case, get it checked out.  Any changes are something worth looking into and sudden changes should be investigated as soon as possible.
