Hello everyone,
For the past two weeks I have been under a tremendous amount of stress, to release this stress I have been working out quite a bit, with no problems. However, I want to start practicing yoga, the local yoga place does warm yoga, but they use infrared light to warm up the space (btw/ heat is not a problem for me). My question is: has anyone know anything about infrared heat and icds? dont want yoga zen turn into icd beeping or worse! Thank you!

The pacer systems are really very reliable. The main problem is the incompetent programming of them. If yours is working well for you, get on with life and enjoy it. You probably are more at risk of problems with a valve job than the pacer.

It's fine! The main thing we need to avoid is big magnets, and even then they have to be both strong and within 6" of our device. Modern pacers are extremely well shielded and very little affects them.
