Blood pressure has little to do with how you're paced, or anything electrical. It has a lot more to do with the heart's physical condition and that of the rest of the body.

I don't know if it's normal, but, based on posts here at PC. it's not unusual for blood pressure to change, after getting a device.
Like, Robin, my bp went up--to normal. I theorize the low bp was a symptom of my heart pausing several times a minute. I assume the bp went up because my heart was now beating regularly enough to maintain a steady pressure.
I'm not sure why blood pressure would go down, but it does happen.
Still, lots of people see no change at all in their bp post-pacemaker.
If you've stopped needing medicine, count your blessings. But also keep a eye on your bp.
You know you're wired when...
Your device acts like a police scanner.
