my 25 yr old daughter seems to have similar symptoms to me pre pm.
does anyone know if it’s hereditary?

If she has symptoms, she needs to be checked out. Most of us do not have hereditary problems but some conditions are. Doesn't really matter if it's genetic or not, if something is going on she needs to be seen.
Apple watches are fairly accurate but not 100% and not a replacement for seeing a cardiologist.

But I think it will make me feel a lot better. My stamina to walk is already better, even right after surgery. They had me walk all around the floor before they would release me. I did so without being exhausted and winded the way I had been.
Not always but can be genetic

It's not always genetic but can be. In most cases the cause is unknown. But if you have a family history you should keep an eye on it.
