Pacemaker reason for hot flashes

Hi, need some help....a 71yo cauc female... just got pacemaker 8/23/18. Was an all of a sudden low heart rate and pacemaker next day.  No time for info on what to expect etc.  My question is several times a day I am experiencing the worst hot flashes ever had. Thought those days over 25 years ago.  Any suggestions? Is this going to be part of it?  Is this part of the adjustment of it to my body?

Are you on any new medications? All the pacer is doing is making your heart beat faster. That won't cause hot flashes.
