I had a 2 lead pacemaker (Medtronic) installed in about 2013 due to arrhythmia. In May 2016 I had artery blockage (heart attack) requiring a stent. After several days requiring 10 liters of oxygen my pacemaker Doc was called in & recommended a 3 lead pacemaker be installed, a St. Jude model. Through cardiac rehab I was able to gradually reduce then eliminate use of external oxygen. My only problem is the movement of my pacemaker. When lying down it turns out on edge. Can the “pocket” be reduced in size without requiring surgery? Probably need to talk with pacemaker Doc?

The only thing they can do to reduce wiggling is go in again and stitch it in place. As Robin said, that may or may not fix it. It's annoying and feels weird, but it's harmless.
