misinformed pm techs

It has been 3 years since I have been implanted with a CRT device usig His Bundle lead and a back up LV lead which so far has not been necesary.

One tech told me my bedside transmitter would be sent information every night Thsi was wrong as it applies to PM with defib which do not have. I had a episode of far field sensing which was incorrectly indentified by the screening in the PM center and was apparetly not further eviewed by the EP docotr. A tech  3 months later made the  correct diagnsosia  fixing the problem. by making the atrail lead less sensitive. 

The LV capture managment system was finally turned to monitor ony afgter over a year of wasting voltage.

Most recently a Tech and I had a discussion regarding the battery life left . I quoted her what  the manual said about shfiting to ERI after 3 months of RRT .She sadi that my unit idd not do that. Consutlting with Medtronci's home office I was told the manual was in effect correct and the tech must have been thinking about older modlels. So far the folks in the home office tech support seem helpful. 

Hard to have much confidence in the local  foks monitoring the wires and systems keeping me going
