Any updates on Valerie?

Has anybody heard how Valerie is doing? I tried calling her the other day but got her voice mail. Hopefully one of you have heard how she is doing and can give us all a update.

On another note. Sorry I haven't been able to keep up more often. Still am not up to par. Met with my surgeon this week who told me he has no idea what the next step is and he was glad that I made that Mayo apt. Oct is coming and i'm ready for it to be here. So thanks for all the continued prayers..

May all of you have a blessed week.

Blessings,
Tammy

I feel the same

I agree, Susan, it's really strange (but also wonderful) to care so much about the people on this forum whom we've never met in person. And it's also great to almost feel the prayers and hugs sent our way when we express our concerns. It's so reassuring to feel that we aren't the only ones in the world having these problems or questions.

Hugs and blessings to you all,
Suze

Thanks!

Susan, I did get to read that update she posted but I was wondering if anybody has heard how her surgery went.?
Thank you for your thoughts they mean so much. It does seem to be non ending fighting battle but I tell you what God has been teaching me so much through my experiences. Really I feel very blessed. Take care of yourself Susan you are in my prayers.

Update on Valerie.

I just received an e-mail from her. She had her surgery, it lasted 3 hours, and everything went very well.
She had a 1½" cyst, and scar tissue forming around it, and all of it was removed, leaving her ovary intact, which the surgeon placed in its proper position.
She has a 6" incision, which was closed with 12 staples. She is in some pain, but managing all right.
She'll be back on line soon enough, to tell us all about it, and add her usual humor we all enjoy so much.
She is going to see her EP tomorrow, her pm wasn't protected during surgery, and is giving her some problems, and needs to be adjusted.
Thank you all for your concern and prayers, it helped her tremendously.
