Can having a pacemaker qualify a person for ssi disability?

No.  Unless the underlying reason you need a pacemaker qualifies, there is no way a pacemaker, alone, will do it. I can imagine that CHS could trip that wire but a pacemaker used to treat it wouldn't.  A pacemaker's primary use is to improve the quality of life, which means it may just do the opposite.

What an odd question.  I'd like to hear the back story.
