Leads Protrude

Have any of you ladies tried the Comfort Her Bra Strap Pad and if so, did it work out for you?  My leads protrude and get irritated when clothing rubs against them.

Have  you tried different bra styles? Some have straps placed wider apart than others. Fantasie do a good one, it's a 'balconette' style, the straps miss my PM easily.
