I had a device check today and when they speed it up it makes me feel nauseous. Well I have felt crappy ever since today. Anyone else get this?

That’s the norm for me as well but today it hasn’t gone away.
Same thing for me

The techs would run up the ventricle rate and I'd go into afib the next day. EP and I would have a back and forth argument that it kicked off afib - yes it did- no it didn't. Anyway....
Talked with the techs and let them know I could really feel it. Now they all know to take it easy on the ventricle side. I can still feel it when they test but they don't run it up so high like they used to. Now I don't go into afib regardless of what the EP said didn't happen.
You should be able to talk to your techs and they can make adjustments for you.
Hope everything else is going well.
Me too.....

I get that as well. Even worse, my ICD actually heats up. I've insisted they touch it so they can feel it too. At first they were reluctant but I finally convinced one of the techs and as soon as she felt it she turned off the testing and went off to phone the EP. Came back, everything is fine, you can go home now. Now I make a point of reminding them before hand to take it easy and only do what they need and don't push it to hard. Unfortunately limited options in the area or I would have already switched EP's. Good luck!

I am very happy with mine. I am in the best shape of my life. I lift weights, compete, bike, golf and swim.

Not for the rest of the day. But I did for a short time while still at the arrhythmia clinic.
