PVCs post implant

Hi team,

I had a 2 lead Boston Scientifc pacemaker implanted about 4 weeks ago. Since the implant I’ve had PVCs every 4-6 beats. This was confirmed at my most recent visit with my Cardiologist. About 20,000 a day give or take.

While I’m not overly concerned right now, if they become more frequent say trigeminy or bigeminy then  this may be something to investigate deeper. My question to you is, “has anyone else experienced the onset of PVCs similar to my frequency since their implant and if so, did it settle?”
