Can I fast

Hello Friends ,
I Have a question, I am a Muslim it is Ramadan and I wish to fast. Does it affect on the work of my pacemaker or on my health? I called my doctor but he is not responding these days

Any idea ?

It won't have any effect on the pacer, it's just a computer that makes your heart go faster when it's too slow. The underlying reason why you have the pacer may or may not make it a good idea. I know I get low blood sugar and very dizzy when I skip meals so fasting isn't for me, but that has nothing to do with either my heart or my pacer.
