New pacemaker problems and coughing

I had a pacemaker put in abou 3 weeks ago but am coughing a lot and have palpitations occasionally. Have been back to the hospital and.had tests of the pacemaker an ECG and an MRI - all clear.should I see a cardiologist?

You should go back to the surgeon who put it in.  Have you had a chest xray to check the position of the leads?
