Police work and pacemaker

Any First Responders on here from California?  What has you department stated about going back to work with a pacemaker?  Yes or no??

It is totally up to the specific department and their policies whether they allow personnel with a pacemaker to serve. We have many members with pacemakers who are active first responders, and others who were refused.
