Breast implants and tattoo removal

I have always wanted breast implants and just wondering if anyone here has successfully gone through with this elective surgery with a PM? My PM is on my right side and stitched to the muscle under my clavicle.

Also ive been told I am unable to undergo laser tattoo removal. Is there any truth to that??

I don't know about implants, I would just check with you doctor. I have undergone laser and electrolysis without any problems.
