fast heart rate

Had my St Jude pacer implanted Dec 2016' for BradyC over the last year I received a number of calls  from the Merlin nurse about my heart rate above 150. Recently the calls became more frequently and when I talk to my Dr. he says not to worry but hard not to. The biggest problem is I don't feel when it's high and surprised to hear I have had the rate increase. The most recent episodes the rate was over 150 for up to 20 minutes a time. I don't think I was excersizing but just doing simple house work. Anyone have any thoughts or experienced the same issue?

When it gets up that high, it's most likely you, not the pacer.  I can get that high doing housework. If you aren't doing anything to bring it on, if it doen't feel good, if it gets higher than that, there are medications that can help keep it in check.
